Subscriptions — same for every app
Apple bills every purchase in our apps. We never see your card and cannot charge or refund you directly.
Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account. You keep what you paid for until the period ends.
Get a refund
Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, tap “I’d like to”, then “Request a refund”. Refunds are Apple’s decision. Write to us too — we want to know what went wrong.
Got a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought with and open the app. Still locked? Email us the app name — we’ll sort it out.
