Delete your data
Pick your app and follow the steps. Anyone can ask, wherever they live.
Paying for a subscription?
Deleting your data does not stop Apple from billing you — your subscription is managed in your Apple Account.
Studio Brushes for Procreate
The app has no account. What our providers hold is tied to random identifiers, not to your name.
- Delete the app from your iPhone or iPad. Everything stored on the device goes with it.
- Email privacy@seichelab.com with the subject “Studio Brushes — delete my data”. Tell us roughly when you installed the app and whether you subscribed.
What happens next: if we can match your records, we delete them at Apphud, Amplitude, Branch and Firebase, and pass your request to Meta. If we can’t tell which records are yours — they hold no name or email — we tell you so, and they are deleted when their period in the Privacy Policy ends.
What stays: Apple keeps its own record of your purchases, under Apple’s policy.
When: within one month. We email you when it’s done.
Foxy Puzzle
Foxy Puzzle is for children — the steps for parents are right below.
Parents: review or delete your child’s data
Foxy Puzzle has no account, never asks for your child’s name, and sends us no data — it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Puzzles, progress and photo puzzles live only on the device.
Stop everything: delete Foxy Puzzle from the device. Everything stored on it goes too.
What stays: Apple keeps its own record of your purchase, under Apple’s policy — manage it in your Apple Account.
Questions: email privacy@seichelab.com with the subject “Foxy Puzzle — parent request”. Don’t include your child’s name. We answer within one month.
